Personal Training Mission Statement

We are committed to helping our clients pursue their fitness goals while providing expert training, motivation and safety in a balanced exercise, strength/conditioning and nutritional program.



Why Personal Training?

Whether you've been working on your own for years and are stuck on a plateau, or you've never embarked on an exercise program, our personal trainers can help.

Our Staff:

Each member of the personal training staff at Foreside Fitness and Tennis is
foreside personal training Nationally Certified and/or has a degree in the field.
Our trainers are certified by:

  • The American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals
  • The National Strength and Conditioning Association
  • The American Council on Exercise
  • The National Academy of Sports Medicine
  • The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America

Rates:

$60 per hour. Partner and small group rates are available.
