Student Rate: $49.95/mo. (Must be a full-time student with student ID present at time of joining)
Personal Training Rate: $45.95/mo. Use of facility only during booked sessions with a FFT personal trainer.
Family Discount: With two EFT or annually paid adult memberships, any additional family members are 50% off. All members of a family membership must reside at the same address.

Class Descriptions

BODYPUMP:  The LesMills program using barbells to target all major muscle groups, including squats, chest presses, lunges, etc.  Choreographed to music using 5# bar and weight plates.

BIKE POWER HOUR:  60 minutes of biking with inspiring music and simulating different terrans of outside biking building both cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

CIRCUIT STEP:  Rev up you metabolism through this high-intensity combination of step aerobics and weight training.

FIT 4 A.L.L.:  A combination of low impact aerobics with light weight raining for all fitness levels – including SENIORS and anyone wanting a more gentle fitness class.

HIIT CIRCUIT:  High intensity interval training (HIIT) focusing on cardio, strength, and course.  You set the pace for your fitness level

HIIT:  Features timed sequences of app and lower body strength, core and cardio segments.

SUPER STEP:  The ultimate step class that uses great music and choreography to get your heart pounding while having a blast doing it!

YOGA:  Influenced by Kripalu, Iyengar and Anusara traditions of yoga using blocks, straps, and cushions.  IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN EYE PILLOW/EYE MASK TO EACH CLASS.

YOGA/PILATES FUSION:  Combining the best of yoga and Pilates choreographed to music and focuses on core postural muscles.
